The Is Your Teen at Risk forums bring together presenters from various fields to provide information to parents on the risks faced by teens in Orange County today.Topics vary by location and commonly include topics like driving safety, school violence, drug use, internet issues and other teen specific hazards.
After brief presentations providing an overview of these issues parents can then find resources and ask specific questions at the numerous resource tables located at the venue.Information is available from government organizations, community based organizations, private vendors and other valuable resources from the community.
Although most of the presentations are targeted to parents, some events include information for teens as well.There is no cost to attend the events.
